Associate, Finance
Job Description
The FSG Finance Associate is responsible for the payment and reconciliation of our worldwide corporate card accounts, responding to employee inquires related to the ABS corporate card programs and travel and entertainment policies, as well as providing oversight of our corporate card and expense reporting software vendors.
What You Will Do:
- Compiling and analyzing corporate card and expense information.
- Oversee the administration of the corporate cards in our worldwide programs that are centrally administered from the ABS Corporate office.
- Prepare intercompany billings for credit card payments that are made in USD or Euros for countries that do not have bank accounts in those currencies.
- Monitor Concur accounts for transactions that have not been submitted in a Concur expense report. Suspend cards, as necessary, after consultation with the Director - Corporate Expense Programs.
- Maintain an effective internal controls environment by following all FSG Policy and Procedural Statements, and requesting clarification when guidance is unclear.
- Assist in monitoring employee travel and expense spend for potential policy misuse, duplicate reimbursements, and fraud.
- Assist with investigations and recovery efforts if expense reports policy misuse is detected.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in your area of responsibility while minimizing risk and cost.
- Assist Accounts Payable and General Leger personnel with the reconciliation of corporate card expenses and payments.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or commensurate work experience.
- At least two years of experience in accounting. Experience with credit card program support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of data privacy and security principles
- Technically proficient with financial and accounting systems and strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and data visualization tools and software.
- Analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
- Communicate basic insights from data analysis.

Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to the Sr. Associate, Finance.
