The primary purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:
Professional, top-level assistance in checking in our guests for our International Annual Meeting, manning the registration desk, assist packing/ unpacking boxes of marketing items, placing/organizing name cards and signs, guiding some guests to 3rd-floor meeting rooms, helping with reception set-up, take-down, etc.

Minimum Experience/Education
High school diploma or equivalency.

- Professional, welcoming/ warm confident demeanor, great communicator, organized, helpful, take direction well, able to go with the flow and pivot if necessary, be a team player, experience working with C-suite executives and/or Professors
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Any Conference or Event planning, coordinating, or assisting a plus, but not required
