Job Description

We are seeking a SeniorContracts Administratorto join our team in San Diego, CAto provide comprehensive support for programmatic contract-related matters across a Program Executive Office (PEO).

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and recommend contract strategies to enhance cost, schedule, and performance efficiencies across the PEO.
  • Plan, coordinate, develop, and analyze procurement strategies, resolving key contracting issues.
  • Develop and maintain programmatic documentation such as briefs, reports, SOPs, policy updates, and guidebooks to support PEO-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to DoD, Navy, NAVWAR, and PEO C4I contracting policies, providing expert advice and training on regulations and statutes.
  • Prepare and support contract documentation, including PRs, MRs, RFPs, RFIs, SOOs, PWSs, and other acquisition-related materials.
  • Analyze contract information and metrics data to generate actionable insights for contract planning and reporting.
  • Track and report contract actions and schedules while maintaining authoritative contract data sources.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, develop templates and tools, and support Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts.
  • Manage procurement knowledge repositories and respond to contract-related data calls.

Job Requirements

Required Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Years of Relevant Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience

  • SECRET
