Job Description

Responsibilities: This position will provide leadership for implementing, coordination, and management of PJC’s Recruiting program.

Qualifications: Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.  Valid Driver’s License required.  Knowledge of college admissions policies and procedures.  Knowledge of State and Local technical articulation agreements and applicable regulations.  Must be strong student advocate with leadership abilities to lead and coordinate diverse education levels to plan and implement projects to achieve goals.  Ability to take charge of projects and to carry projects to completion with minimal supervision.  Excellent oral and written language skills, public relations skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.  Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Fringe Benefits:  This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee.  Additional optional coverages include dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability.  Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program.  Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
