Job Description: Reports to CEO Basic Role. Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO//HRD will be responsible for the overall daily functioning of Community Rightful Center’s non-programmatic activities, particularly fiscal and human resources. Duties and Responsibilities Provides overall administrative management and supervision of Community Rightful Center finances and human resources. Prepares and follow up on all grant reimbursement packages. Tracks revenues and expenditures in comparison to approved agency budget, and makes recommendations to the CEO for budget revisions to agency and individual grant budgets as necessary. Approves invoices for payments. Reviews payroll and related taxes prior to payment. Provides CEO with monthly financial reports. Assists the CEO in the development of the agency operating budget. Advises CEO on financial matters. Implements fiscal and human resources policies, procedures and protocols approved by the Board of Directors. Oversees the record keeping of hiring, disciplinary actions, termination, evaluation, pay/status changes, and training of all Community Rightful Center employees. Makes recommendations for and manages Community Rightful Center benefits programs. Ensures that the organization is in administrative and fiscal compliance with county, state, and federal contacts. Assists in the writing of proposals and grants. Responsible for assisting CEO, COO and supervisor with the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, annual reports to funding sources. Attends meeting and participates on appropriate committees representing Community Rightful Center. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in public administration, health services administration, business administration or a related field. Significant relevant senior management work experience in a non-profit environment. Extensive experience in program and budget development and management, employee management, conflict resolution, grant writing, fund raising, public speaking, advocacy, and community/media relations. A working knowledge of government grant contract language, policies and procedures.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
