Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain our server environment.
- Oversee server activities, troubleshoot issues and audit security systems.
- Upgrade hardware and software to improve systems performance and security.
- Test and evaluate updates and customizations.
- Keep backups and disaster recovery strategies updated and protected.
- Monitor Microsoft Defender and Crowdstrike.
- Manage SCCM and Intune environments.
- Assist the help desk with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.
- Travel to other sites required
- All other duties as assigned
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge and experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Crowstrike Falcon.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
Strong documentation skills for configuration, changes, and troubleshooting processes.
Able to work on evenings and weekends as required.
