This is a part time position.

This position pays $24.50 per hour while working the overnight shift. All other shifts pay $23.50 per hour.

Overview:

The Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas of the hotel, assisting guests with their rooms, suites and amenities. This includes vacuuming, shampooing of carpets; cleaning waxing of floors; trash removal; stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties assigned. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that is physically demanding.

Responsibilities:

The following is just a few of the responsibilities of the position, but not all inclusive. Job Descriptions are available upon request.

  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance requests to insure public areas comply with brand standards
  • Stock and maitain supply rooms, as needed
  • Preform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for Example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
