Summary:
Leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis. Ensures that base pay, incentive pay and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. Manages staff to ensure department goals and project goals are met. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

This position can be in Little Rock or Springdale.

Description
 
1. Responsible for Compensation staff including setting goals, evaluating performance, training team, directing work and making sure team is equipped.

2. Create and ensure adherence to Compensation and pay administration processes.

3. Provides consultation and advice to organization on pay decisions, policy and guidelines, job evaluation and design of effective solutions.

4. Manages the administration of direct compensation for all employee groups.

5. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures, recommending new plans and revisions that are cost-effective and consistent with corporate objectives.

6. Supervises the participation and purchase of salary surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.

7. Design and develop pay strategies and compensation programs (base, incentives, executive, recognition, etc.) that align with HR and Company objectives.

8. Prepare budget forecasts for merit, adjustments, incentives and other pay related changes.

9. Ensure compliance to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all Company processes and guidelines.

10. Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
