Job Description
This is a benefited, full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour day shift schedule. This position works Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with an occasional on-call rotation. As an Application Analyst, you will;
- Participate on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains.
- Design, build and test system configuration.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct quality reviews of system builds, with experience in integration and regression testing.
- Provide day-to-day support that ensures the operational processes run smoothly and enables users to conduct their business.
Required:
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Epic ClinDoc certification.
Preferred:
- Has led small projects or technical activities.
- Business acumen in functional area.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Epic Clinical Case Management certification.
