Authorization Coordinator Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

What You'll Do

This 1.0 FTE Specialty Pharmacy Liaison will collaborate with clinic staff and Michigan Medicine Specialty Pharmacy to identify patients who are eligible to enroll in MM Specialty Pharmacy services, inform patients of their pharmacy choice options, and coordinate specialty pharmacy care based on their wishes.

Responsibilities*

The Liaison will work to identify patients proactively and close to real-time to identify pharmacy of choice and educate patients. The liaison will be expected to work onsite within the assigned clinic area(s) a minimum of 2 days per week.

Modes of Work
