Position Summary:

The IT Business Analyst will support process definition and requirements gathering to enable documentation of policies and procedures, support industry, corporate and department compliance obligations, implementation of best practices and delivery of IT solutions and systems. This position will be responsible for collaborating with the IT department and all business functions within Travere.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze application requirements from multiple sources such as meetings, interviews, document review and task/workflow analysis.

• Act as the SharePoint content developer, site administrator and primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team, providing guidance, support, and maintenance for the platform.

• Lead as the AI champion for the team, promoting adoption by identifying opportunities, guiding tool usage, and integrating solutions into team workflows.

• Perform administration of one or more business enterprise applications as required.

• Assist IT and internal business departments to define, document, and to improve processes and solutions.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with cross functional team members to collect and analyze data to assist with troubleshooting issues.

• Prepare and collect evidence for corporate compliance requirements including Sunshine Act, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Enterprise Risk Management.

• Manage and submit department contracts and coordinate invoice review process.

• Participate and provide support for IT tasks and responsibilities as necessary.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.

• 2+ years as a business analyst, or in a similar role in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a plus.

Additional Skills/Experience/Requirements:

• Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.

• Familiarity with application architecture, application integration and basic understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS (Software as a Service).

• Well-organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork, and fast-paced environment.

• Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Ability to build effective business relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

• Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes.

• Highly self-motivated and directed.

• Position has an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. Role is not expected to be 100% remote.
