Job Summary
The School of Public Health (SPH) is looking for an Academic Program Specialist to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and Senior Associate Dean within our Educational Programs Division. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to contribute to strategic initiatives, work with senior leadership, and grow within a supportive higher education environment. You will coordinate our division's strategic projects, programs, and initiatives, contributing to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all members of our community.
SPH trains more than 1,000 graduate and undergraduate students each year. The Educational Programs Division provides school-wide infrastructure including undergraduate advising, co-curricular programming, student life, recruiting & admissions, instructional design & media, and the registrar. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will receive a significant portion of your work direction from the Senior Associate Dean. You will need to be fully onsite at our office in Ann Arbor, MI for the initial orientation period. After the orientation period, you will be eligible for a hybrid schedule.
