Job Summary
The Michigan Alzheimer's Disease Center (MADC) is seeking a full-time Research Area Specialist Associate to support the Neuroimaging Core and join its dedicated research team. This position is based at the MADC in Ann Arbor, where staff parking is provided free of charge. Regular work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
The MADC is an NIH-funded research center focused on conducting and supporting Alzheimer's disease and related dementia research. A key aim of the center's research is to work with underrepresented communities to address racial and ethnic disparities in Alzheimer?s disease and related dementias. The center also spans beyond research by promoting state-of-the-art care and wellness for individuals and families affected by dementia and increasing dementia awareness through education and outreach across the state.
We are seeking a positive, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent multi-tasking and record-keeping skills. The successful candidate will work closely with principal investigators, senior research staff, and other team members to contribute to a wide range of neuroimaging research projects. This role requires an independent, autonomous approach to assist with clinical research coordination and project management. As the scope and priorities of the research evolve, the responsibilities of this position may also adapt to meet new research needs.

Background Screening
