Salary and Work Location
The salary range for this position is the mid to upper 40s.
Salary is determined by direct relevant experience and demonstrated past performance results while ensuring equity on our team.
Our office is located at 309 Maynard Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position is required to be in the office at least two days a week. Specific days in the office will be determined with your manager.

The Administrative Partner team serves as the foundation in supporting all of LSA Advancement. We proactively provide administrative support, find creative solutions to maximize operational efficiency and further LSA Advancement's mission of championing the liberal arts.

What you'll do
We have a unique structure for our administrative partner (AP) team. When you join Advancement, you'll be part of the AP team to share the workload of support for the entire Advancement office. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in special projects, department events, and professional development as an AP.
You'll provide administrative support by processing financial transactions, managing calendars, booking meetings and travel, proofreading letters, mailing, and printing.
Our AP team works together to ensure the office runs smoothly, this includes responding to requests through our ticketing system. Tasks may include troubleshooting simple technology or facilities questions, as well as other administrative needs.
You'll report directly to the Administrative Manager and receive additional direction from the manager(s) of the teams you support.
