What You'll Be Doing:- Developing and managing complex, long-term technical sales campaigns for Synopsys' EDA software products.
- Marshaling resources across R&D, Application Engineering, Product Management, and the global sales team to ensure successful outcomes aligned with the global account plan.
- Creating opportunities to build a robust pipeline based on insights and knowledge of the Enterprise Customer's needs.
- Building and nurturing relationships at executive, senior technical management, and key contributor levels of the Enterprise Customer.
- Uncovering customer requirements, linking them to positive business outcomes, and developing, delivering, and closing differentiated Synopsys proposals.
- Driving revenue and booking growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective technical selling.
- Contributing to Synopsys' success by driving revenue and bookings growth in a strategic enterprise account.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective relationship-building and value-based selling.
- Influencing the adoption of Synopsys' EDA solutions, thereby supporting the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Expanding Synopsys' market presence and competitive edge in the semiconductor industry.
- Providing valuable insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of technical sales and/or business development experience.
- Background in semiconductor chip design, preferably with large customers designing complex SOCs.
- Deep knowledge of IC Implementation and Verification flows and methodologies. Experience in DFT is preferred.
- Experience in value-based selling and the ability to communicate complex technical data to a broad range of customers.
- A persuasive and effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- A proactive and inventive problem solver with a critical thinking mindset.
- A great listener who can handle objections and deliver compelling presentations, both live and virtually.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and manage complex sales processes.
- Adaptable, self-assured, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $146,000 - $220,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. This team works collaboratively across various departments, including R&D, Application Engineering, Product Management, and the global sales team, to deliver successful outcomes for our strategic enterprise customers.
