- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College.
Experience:
- 7 years of professional business or financial management experience that includes experience in grant financial management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software.
- Supervisory experience.
Preferences:
- Working knowledge of Workday Enterprise Systems.
- Working knowledge of federal grant regulations 2CFR 200 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Technical and management experience analyzing, evaluating, and improving automated financial systems in an environment characterized by a high volume, complex, and multiple transaction streams, basic internal controls associated with the billing and accounts receivable management.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in developing and implementing complex integrated financial systems and in cross-functional efforts to improve financial and administrative processes.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in developing and maintaining personal contacts with campus Faculty and department Business Managers and Administrators.
- Ability to develop goals and objectives for the staff based on the strategic goals of the Vice President for Research Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of a university environment in a post award environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A strong client/customer service philosophy.
Additional Information:
Hybrid work negotiable.
Salary range is $76,664 – $95,830.
