Program Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a Program Coordinator who will work closely with Program Director to support grants management activities, ensuring deliverables are met.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director with work schedules and assignments for the staff.
- Record and respond to incidents, client issues, and complaints.
- Ensure daily HMIS data is updated daily, recording the status of youth staying at the center.
- Assist with intake of new and returning residents.
- Keep records of safety, fire and building inspections.
- To establish, coordinate and maintain a network of community resources and referrals.
- Assures that Daily/Weekly/Monthly schedule of chores are implemented by staff and residents.
- Monitor all fire and safety equipment to ensure it is functional at all times.
- Ensures responsibility for the safety of the shelter on a daily basis and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Responsible for submitting weekly supply list, including housekeeping, office, and hygiene supplies.
- ensures a peaceful and respectful atmosphere in all program and groups.
- Facilitates and ensures that educational groups and structured activities take place with residents assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or graduation equivalent.
- Five years progressively responsible related experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Role/Level/Range: ATO 37.5/03/OF
Starting Salary Range: $21.25 - $36.90 HRLY ($52,867 targeted; Commensurate with experience)
