Job Description

Palm Beach Atlantic University's Rinker School of Business seeks an Instructor of Management. The position is an IP (Instructional Practitioner) full-time position, with a teaching load of four (4) courses per semester.

 

You will be asked to provide the following documents in your application:

• Evidence of quality teaching (teaching evaluations, syllabi, etc.).
• Transcript from all higher ed institutions attended.
• Statement of teaching history and interest.
• Statement of your Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith into traditional coursework.

About the Rinker School of Business:

The Rinker School of Business is AACSB accredited. It offers nine undergraduate majors, and three graduate degree programs, with 3+2 options. The School of Business has approximately 750 undergraduate students, 125 graduate students, and 25 full-time business faculty. Our faculty pride themselves on their practice-oriented innovative teaching styles, with the inclusion of Christian principles to keep their classrooms interesting, ethics-grounded, and engaging.

• Preferred: MBA with a minimum of 7 years of management and leadership experience. Also, experience with business and career development is a plus.
• Interest and ability to teach Business Internship, Introduction to Business, Business Professionalism, Leadership and Ethics, and other management courses as needed.
• The ability and interest in teaching evening, day, online, on-campus, and hybrid modalities within our undergraduate programs.
• A commitment and ability to teaching excellence and service to the School, the University, and the community.
• Evidence of a professional background in some area of management or leadership.
• A Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith into traditional coursework.
