**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit management and will be responsible for overseeing the organization's operations. This is a key leadership role that will require the ability to manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring that all financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow the organization's fundraising efforts, including developing and implementing new fundraising strategies and programs.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media management.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's databases and data collection systems, including Raiser Edge.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in nonprofit management, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to advance the organization's mission and goals.
  • Develop and manage the organization's research and evaluation efforts, ensuring that data is collected and used effectively to drive decision-making.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience in nonprofit management, including experience with volunteer management and fundraising.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media management, including experience with WordPress and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with database management and data collection systems, including Raiser Edge.
  • Strong understanding of wills, trusts, and estate law, including experience with estate planning and probate.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of staff and volunteers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
