Mental Health Clinical Supervisor and Therapist – 40 hours/week
Compass Health – Lynnwood, WA
Compass Health is currently looking for a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor and Therapist who is interested in providing excellent clinical care for clients ages 18 and up and clinical supervision of mental health therapists in a program.
The Lynnwood Adult Outpatient Team is a supportive and tight knit group who take pride in providing high quality care by offering individual therapy and group therapy using evidenced based practices. We also collaborate with community colleagues as well as coordinate care with professionals and systems that may be involved in the care of our clients.
The Lynnwood Adult Outpatient Clinic is located on the corner of 196th ST SW and 48th Ave West. We are easily accessible from I-5 as well as the Lynnwood Public Transit Station. Our office has easy access to a variety of shopping experiences including, Alderwood Mall, Trader Joe’s, numerous grocery stores, and Costco to name a few. We have our own parking lot in front of our building should you choose to commute in your own vehicle.
What you will perform
Adult individuals seek counseling for a variety of reasons. Sometimes circumstantial life changes can bring about symptoms of depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, or there may be interpersonal challenges at home, work, or with their support system.
As an Adult Mental Health Therapist, you will work with adult individuals to assess their functioning level and needs and then partner with them to develop an individually tailored care plan to help meet their goals and promote positive changes in behavior. In addition, the clinical supervisor will provide clinical supervision to mental health therapists seeking state licensure as well as interns. The clinical supervisor will be supervised by the Lynnwood Adult Outpatient Program Manager.
What you bring
-
MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field.

Current Washington State Licensure in Social Work, Marriage and Family therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.

Washington State Approved Supervisor Training must be completed prior to providing clinical supervision.

Passionate about working with individuals with complex needs and multi-system involvement.

A positive, solution-focused attitude when faced with conflict or problems.

Desire to work with a fun team doing great work.
