Assistant Professor or Lecturer in Business Administration

Ohio Dominican University's Division of Business seeks an Assistant Professor or Lecturer in Business Administration for a full-time position beginning August 2024.

The Division of Business offers an undergraduate degree in business administration in the traditional face-to-face, online, and blended delivery formats. In addition, the MBA degree is offered in the face-to-face, evening, and online formats. The successful candidate will possess at least a master's degree (doctorate preferred) in a business-related discipline from an accredited institution by the time of hire and demonstrate strong interest in quality teaching and potential for scholarship in a business-related field. The preferred candidate will have the ability to teach courses in organizational behavior and leadership and human resource management. Teaching experience and/or professional experience in supply chain management, legal environment of business, or project management will be a plus.


Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in the different delivery formats, development of courses to support undergraduate and graduate business programs, and service to the university, community, and division. Candidates must support the university's Catholic identity and its mission in the Dominican tradition to serve all seekers of truth.
