Compensation:
The Director of Provider Communications role is to ensure Compass Health Network provider communication, strategic plans, and project operations run smoothly.
Essential Functions include:
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the CMO and Clinical Leadership Team
- Communicates on behalf of the CMO and Clinical Leadership Team within clinical programs and across departments
- Helping to set and report on key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance
- Administers provider bonus models and communicates results to providers and internal stakeholders
- Facilitates timely response by CMO and Clinical Leadership Team to e-mails and other correspondence
- Oversees Clinical Support Services team members as required
- Represents CMO and Clinical Leadership team in meetings, by e-mail, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders
- Manages the CMO’s calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule
- Supports the CMO in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items
- Acts as the liaison between the CMO and other executives, providers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time
- Participates with the CMO and Clinical Leadership Team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
- Acting on behalf of the CMO to answer inquiries and facilitate prioritization
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CMO and Clinical Leadership Team
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records
- Planning and coordinating all Clinical Leadership Team and Provider meetings and keeping meetings focused
- Guiding Clinical Leaders with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency
- Pinpointing and addressing core issues within clinical processes
- Completing or assisting Clinical Leaders with special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support
- Identifying areas of improvement across the clinical departments within organization and making actionable recommendations
- Supporting performance management and AIMS process of Clinical Leaders and providers across the organization to ensure alignment, monitoring, feedback, and timely completion
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years experience in project management, operations, business analytics, personnel management, training, or other applicable experience preferred
- A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
