Assistant Professor of Business (Visiting)
Job Description
Coker University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor (leading to tenure track) or Clinical Assistant Professor of Business beginning August 2024.
Reporting to the Dean of the School of Business, this position is 9-months, full-time, and includes a benefits package and competitive salary.
Preferred qualifications include an earned doctorate (ABD close to completion will be considered) in management or a related field and relevant industry experience for the visiting position. Extensive industry experience and earned Master's degree will be considered for the clinical position. Candidates should be prepared to teach courses in management, and preference will be given to candidates who are credentialed to teach in additional business areas such as accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, sports administration, etc. Background in teaching face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses is preferred.
