A Day In The Life
You will start each day from your home and utilize your schedule to navigate to pre-scheduled appointments. Once you arrive at a customers home, you will assess their concerns and develop a plan to make them feel confident in you and The Crack Guys. We are not pushy and truly try to build relationships with customers. We want you to get an invite to their kid's wedding by the end of the sales call. Even if you didn't close the sale right then, you built a meaningful relationship that will develop into more than "just a sale" for you and our company. We provide you with all of the software and technology to present your customers with the right fix, on the spot.
You will also utilize any down-time between appointments to follow-up with customers through email, text, phone call, or carrier pigeon.
If you didn't gather it already, we are setting you up for success! No cold calling. No door knocking. This is 2022, and we utilize technology to connect you with pre-qualified customers who are calling US to come save their home!

Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable working in a crawl space environment
- Perform interior and exterior foundation inspections
- Estimate and provide homeowners with an affordable lifelong solution
- Educate customers on their homes issue(s) and the repair process
- Continuing education on foundation and waterproofing repair
- Continuing education on sales and leadership
- Create trustworthy relationships with customers and team members
- Close sales with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in a professional manner on and off the clock
- Follow and achieve company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Travel around your territory.
Preferred Skills:
- Work experience as a sales associate with mechanical applications
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamic requirements
- Positive record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Able to work and manage yourself autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Experience in foundation/crawl space/basement repairs would be beneficial
- Valid driver’s license is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
