Job Description
A successful network of outpatient clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area is now hiring for a Community Clinic Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director of Clinic Operations and Chief Operating Officer and in collaboration with the Medical Director, the Community Clinic Manager will oversee 4 community clinics and over 20 FTEs, including operational staff, clerical staff, patient enrollment specialists, referral coordinators, and other administrative staff.
The Community Clinic Manager will manage daily clinic operations, ensure high quality patient care and patient satisfaction scores, provide on-going staff development, coordinate staffing, hire and train new employees, and serve as a mentor to all staff.
