The DOT Compliance instructor will provide instruction to ensure a compliant, knowledgeable, and safe workforce.
Specific Position Duties
Knowledgeable of and ability to provide instruction on compliance with Hours of Service (HOS), Driver Qualification (DQ) Files, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing, Vehicle Maintenance, Accident Investigation, DOT Off Site Audits, FMCSA Portal, and Carrier Safety Administration (CSA) reporting and follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, 3+ years’ experience with and working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations as it relates to driver qualification and related compliance issues.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Transportation Safety and Compliance.
